Shipping Policy (USA Only)

New Way Ref currently ships orders within the United States only.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees:
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.90.

Carriers:
We use reliable domestic carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped.

Address Changes:
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if changes are needed.

Delivery Issues:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

Holidays:
Orders are not delivered on U.S. federal holidays.
